Introduction

Sea to Sky Review  is an electronic literary journal devoted to showcasing great writing from British Columbia, Canada, as well as the world. First published in 2018, the journal has featured poetry and prose, interviews and reviews, artwork and photography. June 13th launched the Sea To Sky Review’s 13th, and final, issue.

How to Submit

We’ve used Submittable to help ensure fair and respectful handling of submissions. While we appreciate the platform's structure and transparency, the cost is too high for a small publication like ours. Managing submissions by email is also not practical—messages get lost or overlooked, and important details can be missed. Submittable has been a valuable tool, but with only two issues per year, it’s no longer a sustainable option for the Sea to Sky Review. As a result, at least for now, we will be discontinuing publication.

But rest assured, our 13 issues will remain online in perpetuity - always there for the world to enjoy.

Rights

Sea to Sky Review acquires First World Electronic (Online/Internet) Rights: a one time, non-exclusive use of Electronic Rights, with all rights reverting to the author upon publication. Should an author choose to re-publish work elsewhere, in print or on the web, we ask that Sea to Sky Review be credited as the original publisher.

Photography and Artwork can be previously published - we do not require first world rights to this kind of submission.

Removing Old Work

Poems, prose, and any artwork or photos, once published, will remain on our domain permanently. Similar to printed journals, we will not be able to remove anything from any issue.
